Dr Oliver Siddons BVetMed MRCVS

Oliver studied at the Royal Veterinary College and went on to train with leading sports-horse and racehorse vets in Lambourn, Berkshire, before moving to north-Oxfordshire in 2021. Here he has offered a comprehensive equine ambulatory service throughout Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Northamptonshire focussing on poor performance investigations and sports horse medicine, complex endocrine conditions, foot lameness and diagnostic imaging. Oliver is currently completing his Certificate in Advanced Veterinary Practice in Large Animal Diagnostic Imaging such that he can further his understanding and research in this field.

Emily Bragg

Veterinary assistant

Emily joined us as a veterinary assistant with a background in Equine Business Management, having studied at Hartpury College for 2 years. She has extensive experience working with horses across all levels on various yards, giving her a strong understanding of equine care and handling. She particularly enjoys being out on visits, supporting the vets with a variety of procedures, from joint medication to X-rays and endoscopy. Being hands-on and working closely with both horses and clients is the part of the role she finds most rewarding. Outside of work she enjoys riding and spending time with her dressage horse Benny.

Mr Henry Pearson BVetMS MRCVS

Assistant veterinary surgeon

Henry graduated from Harper Keele Veterinary School where he spent significant time working with specialist sports-horse vets developing a keen interest for equine sports medicine. Having been involved in the local farming world for many years he is equally confident with livestock work and is always happy to offer advice to small holders about their animal’s husbandry and health. In his spare time he enjoys keeping fit, getting outdoors and some down time with a good book.

Diane Sercombe

Veterinary Practice Manager

Diane has been with Oxford Equine Vets since its inception in September 2025. Diane has been instrumental in helping the practice get off the ground, establishing all the core administrative processes whilst also being the main point-of-call for client communication. Diane has an extensive experience in the corporate and NHS administrative sector, and is able to bring that skill-set in combination with her passion for horses to be the best practice manager we could ask for! In her spare time, Diane loves riding her Spanish horse Ron, cooking and baking, tending to her garden and making natural soap and beauty products to sell at local markets. Diane has a love for assisting with pre-purchase examinations, radiography studies and lameness workups.
